Shipping & Returns

We ship from Taipei, Taiwan. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, email us at returns@zone6ix.com with your order number. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective, in which case ZONE6IX will cover all return shipping fees.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return and will be issued to the original payment method.
