1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or placing an order through the ZONE6IX website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the site.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in New Taiwan Dollar (TWD / NT$) unless the product page specifies otherwise. International customers may see prices displayed in their local currency for reference; the final charge is processed in the currency shown at checkout.

ZONE6IX reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of order completion is final and binding. Product images are for reference only; slight variations in colour may occur due to screen calibration. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a pricing error occurs, in which case a full refund will be issued.

3. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• PayPal— including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay, processed securely via PayPal's platform.
• Bank Transfer — direct transfer to our designated bank account. Orders are held pending verification of your transfer receipt, which must be uploaded at checkout.

ZONE6IX does not store your full card or banking credentials. Payment data is handled directly by PayPal under their own security standards and privacy policy. For bank transfers, orders are confirmed within one business day of receipt verification.

4. Order Confirmation and Cancellation

An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed (or, for bank transfer, until we have verified your receipt). You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in the event of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued within five business days.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer two delivery options:

• Taiwan — 7-11 Store Pickup: Your order is shipped to the 7-11 store you specify at checkout. A fixed local delivery fee applies. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
• International Shipping: Orders ship via international courier (e.g. UPS, DHL, FedEx). The delivery fee is quoted separately after your order is placed, based on actual package weight and destination. You will receive an email with a PayPal invoice for the delivery fee. Your order will be dispatched once the delivery fee is paid.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. ZONE6IX is not liable for delays caused by customs, courier services, or events outside our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or public health emergencies). Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier or the 7-11 store.

6. Seven-Day Cooling-Off Right (Taiwan Customers)

In accordance with Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of China (消費者保護法第十九條), customers in Taiwan who purchase through our website have the right to return goods within seven (7) days of receipt without giving a reason, provided the goods are returned in their original condition, unopened, unworn, and with original tags and packaging intact.

This cooling-off right does not apply to:

• Goods that have been personalised or custom-made to your specifications.
• Goods that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use.
• Goods whose original packaging has been damaged or destroyed in a way that affects resale.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, photographs, logos, graphic elements, and product designs — is the exclusive property of ZONE6IX or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act of the Republic of China (著作權法). Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any content without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZONE6IX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order to which the claim relates.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court (台北地方法院) as the court of first instance.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered customers by email.
